Vintage Breaks will post complete set breaks for sale. The total number of spots for salewill generally correlate with the number of cards in the set; however, from time to time,additional items may be added to the set break.

Additional spots representing these items will be added to the overall number of cards,or spots, in the set break. For example, a 1968 Topps baseball set has 598 cards;however, Vintage Breaks may decide to add 10 spots from a separate break thus bringingthe total number of spots in the 1968 Topps set break to 608. This will be clearlydisclosed in the store listing. As all cards will be selected using a randomizer, there is noguarantee that any one spot purchase will result in a particular card.Set Breaks

A hit random is a collection of pre-selected trading cards assembled and offered atrandom for a set price per spot. As all cards will be selected using a randomizer, there isno guarantee that any one spot purchase will result in a particular card.

Pack breaking is very simple. For each pack we sell a number of spots that correspondswith the stated number of cards in the pack. The order of the cards drawn will be chosenusing a randomizer. In the event that there are more cards in the pack than slots theremaining cards will be awarded at random to a customer or customers in the break. Asall cards will be selected using a randomizer, there is no guarantee that any one spotpurchase will result in a particular card.

Sometimes a single pack won't do and you’ve gotta break the whole box. These functionsimilar to pack breaks except that instead of card spots we use pack spots. Thecustomer list is randomized and each one is assigned a pack slot in the break. As all packspots will be selected using a randomizer, there is no guarantee that any one spotpurchase will result in a particular pack.

Any break credit (Gift Certificate) that is won by a bonus or promo, will be emailed by theend of the following business day. If there is an exemption to this rule, it will beannounced before the bonus or promo begins. All break credit above $200 in value willbe issued via a break credit code with a 7 day expiration. Break credit totals on accountsexceeding $200 in value will be converted to a code. We typically ship 5 to 7 business days after the pack/box/set break happens on air. Itmay take longer after weekend shows or after a large promotion. We will do our best toship as fast as we can, if you have any questions about shipping please emailshipping@vintagebreaks.com, you can also give us a call at (732) 828-2261 option 2 -Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm EST. Every package is shipped via FedEx and USPSwith tracking (signature confirmation is applied for high end packages), once thepackage is in possession with USPS we are not responsible for delivery time, delays orlost packages. VB West and VB South packages will take longer as they get shipped toour central headquarters for processing.

*We do not sleeve up common players for unopened packs unless a request is providedvia email or phone. We do sleeve or card saver Hits, Stars, Hall of Famers or wellcentered cards*

We offer free shipping for all domestic packages. For International shipping we will shiponce a month (or sooner per customer request). We will send out an email with the exactcharge according to FedEx or USPS (by weight). The first package for any international ison the house, then we will charge for every package after. When we are live on YouTube and Breakers.TV we will have vintage cards, packs or othermiscellaneous items to give away during the show when someone meets the criteria setby the breaker. For example, if someone purchases spots worth $100 in one transactionand the breaker is offering a 1962 Topps Whitey Ford baseball card for the next person tospend $100, he/she will win that incentive. All incentives are first come, first serve andwe check by our time stamp through our software.

In the event a pack is short of the amount of advertised cards in the pack or box, we willrefund customers in the form of break credit. For example if a pack advertises 17 cardsand we sell 17 slots but the pack only has 16 cards the customer who was awarded slot 17will receive a break credit for the amount of the spot. In the event that there are morecards in the pack than advertised we will award the card(s) starting with the firstparticipant in the break then go down the list. If a break does not sell out and you wouldlike to receive a refund please contact us and we will issue you a break credit for theamount of the spot(s).

In the event you are unable to watch your product being broken live on camera you arewelcome to watch your break on our YouTube channel athttp://youtube.com/vintagebreaks.To find your video you will need to find the video title in our channel that matches theSKU for the product your purchased. For example if you purchased this product youwould look for the video that matches 1975 Topps Baseball Cello Pack 19.

To protect the buyer and seller from fraudulent charges, PayPal places random holds oninvoices. Unfortunately, since they are placed on hold the funds do not go through oursystem and we can't see your purchases until PayPal removes the hold. Another reasonpurchases are placed on hold is if the customer uses E-Checks, please reach out to us ifyou do use this method as it takes 3 to 5 business days to see the funds. PayPal does letus know via email once a payment that was placed on hold goes through, at this point abreak might have happened already and your spots were not included. Please reach outto us via phone 732-828-2261 or email us Sam@vintagebreaks.com if you did not seeyour name in a break, we will be happy to look over your invoice and check PayPal. If yourorder was placed on hold and you were not in the break we would be happy to refund youfor the missing spots.
